With safety in mind, we have carbon monoxide detector and safety lights installed in the living room.
The entire home does have a fire suppression system with 24/7 monitoring for fires.
There is construction of homes beside this new house but they do not make noise in the evening or nights.
Only on occasional days can it be heard. They are in final stages, so hardly any banging noises.

Great place to stay! Kitchen well stocked. This is a great location and beautiful house. Plenty of space and large sofas in the living room! Room for everyone to sit! Nice master bedroom with private bathroom.
