With safety in mind, we have carbon monoxide detector and safety lights installed living room. The entire home does have a fire suppression system with 24/7 monitoring for fires. There is construction of homes beside this new house but they do not make noise in the evening or nights. Only on occasional days I can it be heard. They are in final stages, so hardly any banging noises.
